Our client, a boutique creative agency focused on the gaming space is looking for a Production Coordinator (Video). This is a direct hire opportunity that is fully remote. Must be US based.
Job Description:
As a Production Coordinator, you will be expected to support the production efforts of multiple complex, high-value projects ensuring that quality, budget and good working processes are maintained, and that client and the company expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
? Facilitate healthy production by lending support to the Producers on your projects. Anticipate your project's needs and be proactive in suggesting to Producers things you can do to help.
? Ensure the relevant employees have the access they need, and coordinate with internal departments to make updates as needed
? Create initial schedule and resource planning, input milestones and resource placeholders when needed
? Create & maintain production schedules on all platforms (Monday.com, Forecast, GSheets when applicable).
? Making sure internal & client-facing schedules are always up-to-date
? Continuously assess and forecast bandwidth on your projects to make recommendations for expansion and contraction as necessary.
? Set up and maintain project asset organization across all platforms, ensuring all project assets are consistently stored and updated per the de?ned process.
? Audit and reconcile logged staff time and any expenses on a weekly basis.
? Take notes in all client and internal meetings, post up/store notes in the appropriate channels/platforms.
? Schedule any internal and external meetings and create agendas
? Manage, organize, and distribute all project information and documentation, including internal, client or vendor briefs, status reports/progress tracking docs, and deliverables lists.
? Coordinate routing and integration of layouts, copy, renderings, and production ?les for internal & client reviews and approvals.
? Coordinate searches, negotiations and collaboration, serving as the key liaison with those vendors.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in video production coordination within a creative agency environment working on social content, broadcast and trailers
- interest or experience with gaming clients
- Proficient in Monday.com, Forecast, Harvest, Google Suite, Slack
- Proactive self starter with a sense of humor
- Experience with editing software a plus
