Advanced contemporary shape-wear and clothing brand is seeking a Production Manager to join their team.
Must be able to work 4-days in-office
Location: New York City Metropolitan Area
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design and Cross-Functional Teams to ensure the product is developed to meet quality, product performance, cost, and delivery expectations
- Engage in a process to understand the business strategy for a season including product costs of the customer, big ideas, and lead time challenges
- Implement and drive product ready for production – driving completeness of information and accuracy at pass off
- Follow up on Vendors and Cross-Functional Teams as needed on open items and align on solutions and timing
- Review and confirmation of product risk and elevate to Cross-Functional Teams – as a one-eye view of product readiness
- Raw material projection and reconciliation with factory, sales, and customer
- Liability Debit process to ensure Sales, Customer, and Factory are in line for financial close
- Identify Gaps in Visibility, Globally – implementing trackers, discipline from customer, design, internal function, factory
- Manage the Company's Q3-Q4 unplanned demand to on-time delivery, cost, and onboarding of secondary sources with a tight lead time
