The team is seeking a Program Coordinator to work closely with the Sr. Program Director on a variety of worktracks to implement the new operating model for Marketing with a focus on change management.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an organized, energetic person, with change management experience working in Marketing, who is very comfortable working in ambiguous environments. The Coordinator needs to be flexible and able to work on multiple work-tracks at a time that are at different points in a pilot/project/program development process. A candidate for this role will be able to show their ability to understand complicated project schedules, document and track work needed to move projects forward, maintain and update information real-time and have good partnership skills with different teams and stakeholders.

This role requires communication and collaboration across Marketing and Creative teams worldwide to connect people together, keep them informed and up-to-date on progress. The Coordinator should have the proven ability to understand their audience, communicate clearly on multiple levels with experience focusing on change management to bring people along in a new operational model. This role requires patience and an understanding of the ‘long-game’. There may be fast responses needed, but there are rarely quick wins.

The candidate needs the ability to navigate uncertainty in business information, find the value and deliver results with a balance of speed and accuracy. The person needs to be confident in their ability, humble in their approach, and know the value that project and program management principles bring to a team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with the Program Development team daily to support the program development team and will be responsible for coordination activities such as tracking milestones and deliverables, follow-up with stakeholders/subject-matter-experts on assigned projects in support of the vision and goals of the Sr. Program Director and long-term Marketing strategy. The daily routine will change often based on priority and change across the department. You will be part of the work to create tools and processes that support Marketing and improve their work through applying the appropriate project/program management principles.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
There will be an ongoing need to connect with Marketing, Creative, and supporting functions to coordinate work, share next steps, follow-up on action items and get people, with already full schedules, to come together and provide the information you needed. The teams will change and as you go farther along in the work, and it is the program coordinator’s responsibility to work with the Program Development team to make sure the right people are at the table and information stays up-to-date. Solid partnerships are important, and this role needs someone who can build trust and understand the value of all the players.

• Excellent communicator, able to gain the respect of the team
• Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Analyze issues that affect the project
• Skilled with Microsoft Office and willing to learn project management tools
• High degree of professionalism
