Our client, an award-winning marketing and sales promotion agency, specializing in the food & beverage hospitality industry, is looking for THREE Project Management Specialists to join their team in contract to hire roles.
- Contract to hire - Estimated 60 day contract period before full time hire consideration
- Onsite 5 days a week in Mission Viejo. **Work perk - as a full time employee who is fully trained, candidates will be eligible for 1 WFH day weekly, pending manager's discretion**
- $65-$80K annual salary depending on experience
Project Management Specialist
This position is responsible for working directly with our account executives and project management, creative and production departments on initiatives for our preeminent hospitality, leisure and food & beverage clients. You will be expected to understand each project’s needs and goals, and then utilize all of our available resources to execute the solutions that will meet them (which may include ideation, design, custom production, technology, etc.) The position requires strong account & timeline management skills, creativity and attention to detail. Candidate has
the ability to effectively coordinate and complete all aspects of complex projects. Participate in brand/initiative meetings from inception through ideation to execution. You’ll work with our production team to coordinate production needs & estimates and our creative department for design & proofing needs. This includes the writing up of art and estimate requests, proofing, copywriting, coordinating shipping details, etc. The position requires constant communication with multiple departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing, business or hospitality preferred)
- Track record of managing multiple accounts/timelines
- Excellent communication
- Resourceful: Ability to get things done by leveraging a wide range of resources
- Microsoft Office
- Proofreading skills
Desired:
- Knowledge in print and production
- Proficiency in the Mac OSX platform
- Project Management system experience (Workamajig a plus)
- F&B / Hospitality experience (Restaurant, Hotel, Cruise Line, Casino, Theme Park
