Our client, a growing agency, is looking for a contract to hire Traffic Specialist to join their team.40 hrs/week
90 day contract period
Onsite 5 days in Mission Viejo (1 day wfh flexibility as a full time employee)
The traffic specialist to work with project managers, production, and designers for the timely completion of project tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Work with traffic team members to intake and assign creative tasks
- Review creative requests for clarity and proof content for accuracy
- Review creative PDFs to confirm requested work was completed and artwork was built to proper specs
- Liaise between project management and creative to ensure tasks are completed on deadline
- Manage the routing of proofs and delivery of final files to production or project management
Qualifications:
- Problem solver with a traffic or operations experience
- Ability to work with tight and aggressive deadlines while being extremely detail oriented and organized for accurate and timely delivery of projects
- Ability to work across several projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and departments
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor under pressure
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
- Proficient in the Mac OSX platform
- Good eye for aesthetics and design is a plus
- Print and production knowledge is a plus
