JOB OVERVIEW:This role is responsible for working with the cross-functional team on multiple projects simultaneously with timeframes from 90 days to 3 years, on New Product Development, from formula approval to ship to Retailer and all steps between including Safety Testing, Clinical Testing, Artwork, Regulatory, Marketing and Social Media: Size extensions and Shade/Scent extensions on existing formulas, and Kit projects for various retailers.
WHAT WE NEED YOUR TALENTS, SKILLS, AND PASSION FOR:
-Manage multiple NPD and Kit projects simultaneously from concept to delivery across multiple sales channels
-Develop and manage a clear project plan with scope, risks, and timings identified for NPD and Kit projects
-Lead the communication of goals, deliverables, timelines, and status updates to the cross-functional team
-Monitor progress and performance against the project plan with an exceptional level of detail, while remaining agile, and flexible in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment under tight deadlines with continual changes and adjustments.
-Track cross-functional deliverables including development and iteration of timeline, envisioning activities that can be parallel pathed to accelerate progress and removal of project hurdles
-Initiates and facilitates team meetings and issue resolution involving the right parties to resolve problems.
-Build strong working relationship, to set project expectations and consistently communicate progress or identify issues early on
-Communicate and report on the status, issues, and risks of the project to your manager Identify and communicate issues and roadblocks with appropriate teams while having a POV on a recommended solution
-Establish and continuously improve project and process guidelines, working with your manager to ensure adherence to changes
-Ensures adherence to R.A.C.I. model for role clarity and conflict resolution.

REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-4 years of proven working experience and knowledge with online project management software
-Excellent interpersonal skills with reputation as a relationship builder and communicator.
-Can communicate in a tactful, firm, and clear manner so everyone has clear expectations.
-Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Prior beauty industry experience preferred
