Job description
Our client, a full service ad agency has an immediate need for an Integrated Project Manager with Workfront experience. This is a remote freelance position (40 hours/week) that is ongoing for the right candidate.
The ad agency is all about team coordination, specifically, between account teams, creative teams, and production teams. Need to effectively communicate with these teams to set priorities, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met, and determine team member expectations across departments. May also communicate directly with executives to provide progress updates.
- Orchestrate every project liaising with the team from start to completion.
- Initiates, planning and scheduling, executing, routing and delivering the assigned jobs meeting deadline, accuracy and budget goals o working with the account team to deliver requirements in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Requires collaborative work with all areas in the agency including account, creative, studio, digital operations and production.
- MUST have project management software experience
