Our client a well-known apparel brand is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Promotional Sales Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the promotional products industry, with a focus on sourcing items on the ASI site, order placement, coordinating with 3rd party decorators, and navigating promotional purchasing. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Source promotional products on the ASI site and coordinate with 3rd party decorators.
- Place orders and follow up on order status.
- Navigate promotional purchasing and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Work with sales team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all promotional products and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry.
- Knowledge of promotional purchasing, order follow up, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a Direct Hire role.
Salary: $65k/yr. annually.
