Job description

As the Recruitment Marketing Partner will utilize your marketing skills to attract and connect great talent to fulfilling careers within the company.
You will be responsible for leading your business partners in researching, planning, executing, and measuring multimedia recruitment marketing campaigns that tell an authentic and compelling story about the client as an employer. Your goal will be to highlight the differentiators that make this client one of the top places to work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic campaigns: Conduct research on target demographics, labor supply & demand, and competitive landscape to build campaigns that resonate with key audiences at all stages of their candidate journey.
- Produce compelling stories and visuals: Guide agencies and internal partners in web design, graphic design, video production, print collateral creation, media buying, copywriting, photography, and other media formats to create messaging that connects with your audience.
- Leverage tools & channels: Collaborate with agencies and internal team members to optimize usage of applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms , content management systems (CMS), social channels as well as SEO/SEM tactics for achieving conversions through paid media strategies.
- Highlight value proposition: Activate and build upon our employer brand by bringing our associate value proposition (AVP/EVP) proof points to life. Select those that align with the needs and attraction drivers of the talent we seek to recruit.
- Build strategic relationships: Maximize relationships with new and existing vendors while understanding their products' capabilities. Also establish strong internal partnerships in order support your business partner’s goals.
- Articulate enterprise success: Partner with agencies for tagging implementation while measuring full-funnel throughput metrics such as CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions), CPC (Cost Per Click), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CPH (Cost Per Hire), quality, reach, and engagement to effectively communicate the success of our recruitment marketing efforts.
- Operate with excellence: Set an example in managing key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering excellence, presenting your work professionally, and continuously seeking personal growth.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field
- 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years' experience in marketing or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in brand management and contract management
- Demonstrated responsibility for third-party vendor relationships
- Supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams/projects
- MBA is a plus
