Our wine and spirts client is looking for a Research + Development Director to join their team!The R+D Director will lead the lab team in new and current product development for formulated wine, beer, and spirit beverage categories.
You Will:
- Coordinate trials for executives, customers, and retailers.
- Support production runs and create new flavors.
- Collaborate with teams for product development.
- Drive new product processes and ensure compliance.
- Manage lab, team, suppliers, and regulatory activities.
- 10+ years’ experience in product development.
- Strong regulatory knowledge and team management skills.
- Passion for alcoholic beverages and excellent communication.
- Master’s in food science preferred.
