Retail Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager will be working as part of the NA Retail Team to implement the strategy and vision of the business, exploring opportunities, and communicating what needs to be achieved to effectively move forward. This Role will oversee facilities, store maintenance, store opening and closings.


Retail Facilities Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
• Act as subject matter expert for all facilities related issues, requests and emergencies
• Manage service and warranty contracts for all external vendors
• Manage, oversee and track retail and office repairs and improvements
• Ensure facilities follow guidelines and procedures compliance in accordance with city, state and federal laws and regulations
• Identify resources, materials, suppliers for cost, schedule and maintenance efficiencies and develop vendor relationships
• Partner with Finance Team for all things capex to have complete oversight of the budget
• Partner with Logistics, Wholesale, Merchandising, IT and Finance team Ecommerce, Wholesale, ensure consistent and elevated Omni-channel approach on all processes.
• Own and manage the Instore Projects: Forecast the cost of projects, vendor relationships, budgeting management and process
• Organization and facilitation of delivery of Store Openings, Closing and Refresh
•Review of processes and procedures to ensure all locations are working efficiently
• Provide execution details, timeline on project status updates to VP of Retail, CEO and Global Store Design Team
•Liaison with the store teams, District Managers, Visual Merchandising as well as vendors with new fixtures, layouts, and changes in store

Retail Facilities Manager Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of facilities planning in a retail setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills and proven ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word and Various Retail Applications
• Available to travel on an on-needed basis
• Strong Project management skills
• Proactive, strategic and commercially driven
• Demonstrates high levels of personal accountability and integrity
• Displays exceptional levels of people management implementing future strategy and succession planning
• Confident leadership to inspire and empower teams to achieve excellence in all areas
• Team Player and ability to lead and motivate a team
