RETAIL MANAGER
Looking for someone that can build a community and relationships for the store with a passion for paper goods. Retail Manager - Brentwood location onsite 5 days a week/40 hours. This position will oversee 3-5 retail associates. 100% of health insurance covered after a certain amount of time on the job and the potential for a commission based on increased sales for that store.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of store
• Support Head of Retail with training and developing retail associates
• Serve as a liaison between the studio and retail store
• Write staff schedules
• Build, nurture and maintain client relationships
• Weekly and monthly reporting based on sales goals
• Cultivate a store culture that surprises and delights
• Conduct consultations for custom stationery and invitations
• Uphold and instill company policies and procedures with care
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience managing people and building culture
• Current community involvement
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Proven performer in achieving individual and team sales goals
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with care
• Ability to wrap a beautiful gift and tie an exceptional bow
