Sales Account ExecutiveRole Overview:
Our client is a well established Sportswear Company, looking for a self-motivated, organized, and knowledgeable Account Executive who can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The account executive will oversee all aspects of account management for key accounts and is financially accountable to drive results
Sales Account Executive Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to manage national & regional retail accounts at all levels in both branded and private label programs.
• Must have a strong understanding of product development and merchandising. • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills required.
• Maintain and grow strong, effective relationships with internal & external partners.
• Identify and deliver new business opportunities to grow the business with current & potential accounts.
• Project and deliver monthly & annual sales forecasts to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth.
• Shop the market to research and identify current trends and present competitive data to drive newness & business.
• Partner with design/merchandising team on the product assortment
• Consistently monitor and respond to opportunities in the market to identify ways to stay ahead of trends.
• Follow order from inception to completion to ensure
customer satisfaction
Sales Account Executive Key Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-Motivated, positive attitude
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in Sales or Merchandising in the wholesale fashion industry
• Ability to travel as needed
