Our client, is a fashion brand that specializes in trendy and contemporary clothing for young women and they are hiring a Sales Assistant to support their sales team.The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and prospects. This position will be responsible for assisting the sales team with general customer service tasks.
This role is contract to hire,
Onsite Monday - Friday located in Commerce, CA 90040
Rate: $22/per hour DOE
Preferred experience:
- Creating and keeping record of line sheets from buyer selections
- Taking notes in sales meetings
- Working with design and production teams
- Sending fabric swatches and garment sample pictures to factories
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Have knowledge of the Clothing industry- Kids, Junior Dresses & Sportswear.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have drug and background check cleared before starting role.
