Our client, an Entertainment Streamer, is looking for a Scheduling Manager for Post Production Support.
Contract, 3 months with extensions, possible Temp to Perm
Hybrid 3 days in Culver City
Pay - $60hr
As a essential member of Post Production team, you will provide admin and scheduling support to A/V Finishing teams. You will be responsible for ;
- Admin and Scheduling
- Schedule dates, times and locations of departmental meetings, note taking
- Maintain and archive Box
- Create asset trackers
- Work with asset librarian
- Archiving
- Post Production Support
- Refine and improve workflows
- Track changes
- Library requests
- Work Cross Functionally
