Our client, a leader in the beauty and Retail space, is looking for a Segmentation Analyst to join the team on a 6-month freelance basis, with potential to extend. This role will be hybrid - 2x days onsite and 3x days remote.
Overview:
The Segmentation Analyst supports new campaign initiatives for UBMedia targeting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute customer segmentation selections
- Consult with the audience managers to confirm and finalize marketing campaign requirements.
- Determine data sources required to meet campaign specifications.
- Translate marketing campaign requirements into campaign targeting/selection rules.
- Build, test, and QA campaign system workflows to deliver desired audiences
- Seek ways to streamline existing processes
Skills and Experience:
- 4-year college degree (preferably in Marketing / Business / Economics / Math)
- 3-5 years of related work experience (w/a multi-channel retailer or Direct Marketing firm)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable with complex customer data
- Works well in fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Campaign Management System such as SAS, Adobe, or IBM is a plus
