24 Seven is partnering with a well-known company based in Portland, OR to help them find a Senior Administrative Assistant for this hybrid position. This is a 12-month contract with high likelihood to extend or convert to a fulltime salaried position. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick time, and 401K.
Ideal Candidate: will have 5-7 years of experience working at a large organization supporting multiple executives with expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, event & logistics coordination, presentation creation and expense processing. You will be skilled in PowerPoint or Keynote and Excel as well as Adobe Creative Suite is a nice to have.
If this is you, you'll perform a wide range of administrative duties including but not limited to:
• Complex calendar management
• Booking travel
• Coordinating team meetings and events
• Producing, editing and reformatting documents and correspondence
• Preparing expense reports
• Processing invoices
• Coordinating space or equipment moves
• PowerPoint or Keynote presentation creation
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- 5-7 years of administrative experience for a large corporation supporting multiple executives
- Skilled in PowerPoint or Keynote
- Skilled in Excel
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite is a nice to have
