24 Seven is teaming up with a well-known company in Phoenix, AZ to help them find a Senior Digital Media Buyer to join their team in this hybrid role. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This role is a hybrid model.

Job Details:

Campaign Management Expertise:

  • Manage all aspects of existing campaigns, including paid social, search, programmatic display, retargeting, and native ads, using provided flowcharts.
  • Confidently handle multi-million-dollar annual budgets while ensuring the same level of dedication to clients with smaller budgets.
  • Adapt quickly to the dynamic nature of an ad agency, thinking strategically with a longer-term focus.

Industry Knowledge and Communication:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in advertising industry acronyms, from IAB to GTM to CPL, and explain these concepts in plain language to clients and team members.
  • Utilize your superpower in optimizing campaigns to meet and exceed client business goals.

Time Allocation:

  • Spend 70% of your time hands-on, setting up and optimizing campaigns across various ad platforms.
  • Dedicate 20% to reporting and analytics, including data extraction, graph development, and presentation building.
  • Allocate 10% to miscellaneous tasks such as setting up tracking, evaluating vendor capabilities, and collaborating with the team.

Platforms and Ad Channels:

  • Navigate various ad platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (including YouTube), Microsoft Ads, programmatic DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, StackAdapt), native ad platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain), and social ad platforms (e.g., Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Ensure all campaigns run as planned, on budget, and with the proper creative message.

Client-Facing Responsibilities:

  • Lead dashboard walk-throughs and provide regular reporting updates as the client-facing representative of the Digital Media team.
  • Manage personal work capacity through internal project management platforms.

Collaboration and Training:

  • Collaborate with the traditional media department and provide support as needed.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying digital media vendors, building strong relationships through effective communication.
  • Lead training and certification efforts for teammates across the digital ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media buying/campaign management across major channels (Programmatic, Search, Social).
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to decision-making, issue resolution, and personal success.
  • Ability to recognize when issues should be escalated.
