Our client is a fast growing superfood supplement company that's looking for a Senior Director, Ecommerce to join their team! In this role, you will own the on-site customer experience, retention, and subscription journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and growth of e-commerce channel, owning CRM, loyalty, site operations, conversion optimization and personalization efforts
- Develop roadmap for digital transformation across channels
- Work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations teams
- Oversee eCommerce innovation and strategy development including building concepts,
- ideating, planning, implementation, and coordination/execution with key stakeholders
- Manage the strategy and roll out of CRM, loyalty and personalization efforts
- Manage site experience, including merchandising, content, and optimizing product listings, including content, imagery, pricing, and descriptions
- Own the promotional calendar
- Lead new web site development initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DTC & CPG, and has played a key role in scaling a brand.
- Direct, deep experience working on the many growth-levers of a DTC business, including CRM, Retention, CRO, and SEO
- Deep experience with subscription-focused growth.
- Analytically minded, and comfortable leveraging data to make decisions, and comfortable using quantitative capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing
- high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and teamwork skills
