This opportunity requires 5 days in office in St.Louis, MO.

Our client is looking for a passionate Media Planner with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. You will play a key role to shape and execute effective advertising campaigns using your media experience to identify and reach target audiences, work with our external media partners and evaluate campaign success. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented and takes tremendous pride in results.


To succeed in this role, you should be a skilled communicator and decision-maker who can collaborate well with various teams and work closely with our clients. Knowledge of market research and a willingness to follow media trends are essential. Your goal will be to optimize media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and help achieve business goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:
•          Collect and analyze market data and Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
•          Determine the best media outlet mix for our campaigns
•          Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns and optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time spans, etc.
•          Allocate budgets and monitor costs and recommend and manage paid campaigns
•          Follow media trends of online and offline outlets
•          Work with Retail Media Networks and other media partners

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
•          At least 7 to 10 years experience as a Media Strategist; Bachelors Degree in Marketing or similar field required, agency experience a plus
•          Desire to work in-office, a self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing work environment
•          Demonstrate expert, broad knowledge of media channels
•          Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying with proven track-record creating large-scale campaigns, providing examples for reference
•          Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive data
•          An analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math
•          Strong decision-making skills and moves with a sense of urgency and comfort with managing deadlines Apply for this job
