RESPONSIBILITIES  / Job is hybrid in NYC
Concepting and creating engaging social media content across multiple channels.
Getting scrappy and creating visually compelling, product-focused content.
Working cross-functionally with account management, creative and production teams.
Collaborating to meet rapid turnaround times, capture trending moments, and receive feedback … all while keeping a clear, enthusiastic, and positive attitude towards content creation.
SKILLS
Passionate about creating, and defines what a “maker” truly is.
Can direct and create video content on your own.
Skilled at creating relevant content across all social channels.
Exceptionally skilled in at least one if not all of these: design, video editing, social media copywriting.
Proficient in one or many of the Adobe Creative Suite programs.
Eager to continue to evolve skills in social-first content: mobile creator apps and in-app editing (e.g., TikTok video editing, Instagram stories, etc.).
Thorough understanding and passion for digital and social creative world, best practices, trends & visual storytelling, across all traditional and emerging social platforms.
You understand the difference between a creative idea and tactical execution, and you’re an expert at producing both.
You know the ins and outs of social media trends.
You are an expert on current TikTok trends and can put together examples quickly.
Able to manage and prioritize a wide array of tasks without compromising the general level of creative.
Demonstrable passion, curiosity and experience in making creative content on social media platforms - TikTok videos, Instagram visuals, YouTube edits.
Flexible in working both autonomously and more closely as a team when developing and executing concepts.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-4 years of creative and/or content production experience in a marketing and/or editorial setting.
Expert at TikTok (personally and/or professionally).
Video or design education OR equivalent relevant experience.

Experience creating content for brands.
Super organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously.
