Job description






• Daily posting, commenting and engagement on all social channels (Instagram as primary channel, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube + others) 

• Drive content mix and copy approach for all social channels 

• Share proposed content calendar + copy bi-weekly for review and approvals 

• Pull seasonal swipe/content to use for IG grid + stories (re-posts, mood, etc.) 

• Lay out a plan to test various content approaches on social: i.e. times of day to post, ways to build engagement, etc: 

• Create weekly and monthly analytic reports highlighting channel growth, content performance, engagement, etc. and generate recommendations. 

• Review, reply and escalate any issues, questions or customer service requests to correct contacts

• Review competitive set on a quarterly basis EXAMPLE— Competitive Analysis for 5 brands + A.L.C.:  Average engagement rate (likes and comments)  Top performing content  Content franchises of theirs for stories and posts Average stories per day  Hashtag usage Key collaborators, who do they seem to gift / work with regularly o Messaging: what are they saying with their posts (product focus, attitude, does it speak to emotion or utility) 

• Collaborate with marketing team on recommending & sourcing influencer, ambassador and brand partners 

• Partner with marketing & PR coordinator on coordination of content briefs and gifting strategy 

• Assist and support in the planning and production of look book, content and ecommerce shoots and be on set 

• Provide a list of asset needs from each shoot (detail shots, videos, bts, etc) 

• Be on-set at all shoots to either take or manage social content creation 

• Image asset management on a seasonal basis 

• Currently 4 big look book shoots a year, 4 big ecommerce shoots a year, and then about 6 mini shoots a year) 

• BTS & Mini Shoots: pitch ideas and garner assets for social/site usage in collaboration with me and social person 

• Collaboration with marketing team on seasonal messaging and building out email, website, social and brand content calendar monthly 

• Ownership over process from ideation to execution (i.e. enter projects into PM tool, delegate tasks to team members and execute content/copy responsibilities) 

• Execution of channel specific editorial copy (this includes concepting ideas, conducting interviews, blog posts, emails, social, website) 

• Site copy editing including the development of editiorial styling tips for product descriptions 

• Manage execution of content calendar under Director of Digital Creative through project management tool, Airtable. 

• Establish brand voice guidelines in concert with marketing team Retail: 

• Drive communication with retail store stylists and studio managers 

• Work with store teams to create briefs for content and support in capturing imagery and video for social/digital needs 

• Support any retail traffic driving initiatives including partnership launches, parties, dinners, etc. • Create assets for associates to send out to stylists and top clients Wholesale: 

• Support co-op advertising asset needs 

• Create any seasonal market assets for market in partnership with graphic design/copy 

• Attend and support market meetings and shoots when needed

• 3+ years social/content/editorial experience 

• Great taste and interest in fashion 

• Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills 

• Knowledgeable of all social media channels 

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and file sharing 

• High energy, positive, and confident attitude
