Our iconic retail client is looking to add a Social Media Content Creator to their team for a 6-month engagement! Visual and audio story-crafter, working with social strategists to produce and publish planned and reactive socially native content tailored for our audiences across current (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) and emerging social media platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Video/Photography production – shoot/produce video and photo content for social media channels with a strong understanding of trending and successful storytelling specific to social platforms.
- Collaboration – partner with the various teams, to develop and execute quick, reactive content.
- Operational support – use project and organizational skills to manage the workflow and schedule of story assignments.
- Innovation – bring an innovative approach to all work and prioritize continuous learning to keep it fresh, engaging and future-focused.
- Continuously monitor social trends, culture, and conversation for new creative solutions to engage audiences.
- Collaborate with key partners to take content ideas from conception to execution leveraging brand, UGC, influencer and original assets leveraging Adobe creative tools and mobile apps (CapCut, In Shot, Canva, Over, Unfold) and existing platform features to reflect the way people are creating content across social.
- Hybrid role, must live in Twin Cities area
- College degree required · 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Prior experience and effectiveness in short-form video for TikTok/IG Reels and mobile-first production social content.
- Ideal experience is in Food & Beverage, Beauty, Fashion and Home categories.
- Submit portfolio of concepted and produced visual content for social.
- Strong interest in social media, pop culture and retail
- Strong creative eye for content native to each social platform
- Deep knowledge of digital and social media platforms, staying well informed of platform updates.
