Our client, a beauty brand, is looking for a social media manager to support their growing team.This is a 40 hr a week role
Hybrid in Los Angeles, Southbay
Temp to perm, or fulltime, salary is 70-75k
The Social Media Manager will support brand growth with social media, UGC, and influencer strategies across campaigns, product launches, ecomm and retail promotions, etc. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies across all social platforms, with KPIs across brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop and execute strategies across all social media platforms.
? Work closely with the Brand Marketing to align strategy with the overall marketing calendar and objectives.
? Work with content creators and influencers to develop creative, on-trend, educational content that drives engagement and intent.
? Execute social media channels including scheduling content, posting, drafting captions, updating/maintaining as needed.
? Source, manage, and maintain relationships with content creators and influencers.
? Manage platform communities, regularly monitoring and engaging with comments, questions, etc.
? Assist paid media team with the creation of content for paid media campaigns.
? Execute competitive analysis and gather insights, analyze data. Regularly measure, analyze, and grow social strategy based on findings. Report monthly.
? Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? 3-5 years of relevant experience in CPG, Beauty or Fashion
? Passionate about the beauty industry and trend savvy
