Senior Account Manager (Paid Search)

Day to day is remote/WFH but must be able to attend client meetings 

**Must be located in the Los Angeles, CA, area for in-person client-facing meetings as needed. 

$130k-$150k DOE + benefits 

Our client, a boutique advertising agency is looking for a Paid Search Account Manager to join their marketing team.   This is a client facing role supporting client Paid Search strategy and overseeing execution.  Must be strong in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Video!

• Work with clients to develop Paid Search strategy.  Account quality control & ability to seamlessly absorb overflow optimization tasks
• The central point of all communications both internally and externally
• Holistic strategist, matching capabilities with client needs via proposals
• Verify delivery and accuracy of all reporting & subsequent billing
• Routine reports & KPI Checks
• Confidently remain abreast of agency's new capabilities, nuances, product changes, etc
• Assessing goals & building proposals for new clients while maximizing offerings
• Building custom pricing based on projected hours & client lifetime value
• Seeking & strategizing growth opportunities within current client list
• Serving as client’s point of contact, using discretion to call upon subject matter experts
• Aggregating notes from entire team to relay to client
• Dividing & assigning tasks to team based on specializations & best use of time
• Goal & delivery monitoring per client
• Verifying reporting & translating all advertising efforts to clients
• Ensuring prompt and accurate billing

• Excellent communication & organization skills are imperative
• Experience with project management & time tracking tools (We use Asana + Everhour)
• Understanding of Profit-Driven // Performance Marketing & Metrics
• 5-7 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment
• Understanding of how Paid Search & Social interacts with Display Media, SEO, Mobile, and Attribution
• Proven ability to think strategically, making credible recommendations to clients that drive measurable results; identifies and pursues opportunities to grow business
• Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment
• Experience working with financial data and budgets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Experience in home and local service-based clients
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan is a bonus
