One of our digital agency clients is looking for a Sr. Digital Account Manager to join their team to lead a key e-commerce/technology client account and collaborate with channel ops teams to ensure campaign activations, reporting, and optimization are delivered on time and achieve KPI's.

This Sr. Digital Account Manager will be responsible for strategy and planning across client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative, best-in-class campaigns across multiple media channels, including programmatic, search, and social.

The Sr. Digital Account Manager must have proven experience working across high profile client accounts, delivering best-in-class service, and ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained, all while continuously exploring new opportunities/tactics, and ensuring fresh thinking is brought to the table, creating bespoke strategies for clients, identifying solutions to meet their needs so the agency can take them to new levels of growth and surpass expectations.

This Sr. Digital Account Manager must also have previous hands-on media buying/planning experience, but be ready to shift away from the day-to-day execution and into more of a client facing, strategic, leadership role within an agency environment.


Ideal Sr. Digital Account Manager candidates will have:
- A performance marketing background, including hands-on-keyboard campaign activation experience
- 4+ years of paid advertising experience (agency preferred).
- Proven track record of success with paid social, programmatic and search campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Experience with website and lead analytics (i.e. UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Ad platform certifications.
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- A passion for Digital Marketing and learning!
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.


Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day on client accounts, building strong relationships with client contacts, working to explicit budgets and timelines.
- Build collaborative partnerships with clients, functioning as an extension of the client’s team and ensuring all activity aligns with the client’s overarching objectives and goals
- Collaborate internally to deliver insightful QBR's that provide strategic value to your clients
- Design innovative, large-scale paid campaigns across several platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, and/or programmatic DSP's.
- Support and oversee operational teams responsible for the placement, optimization, testing, and execution of complex campaigns, and ensure channel strategies align with core client goals and contract stipulations.
- Develop processes, structure & services that add value to our existing clients and ensure client experience with RTA is best in class.
- Work collaboratively across teams to identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid channels.
- Bring innovative ideas and new thinking to the forefront of everyday account interactions.
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
