Our Client is a growing Cool Indie Color Cosmetic brand based in LA and they are looking for a strong Sr. Director of Marketing level candidate for their VP role.  MUST LIVE IN LA!!  

Our client is searching for a dynamic and explosive experienced marketing professional to serve as VP of Marketing to join us at this extremely exciting time. In this position you will develop and oversee new and current marketing initiatives and inspire the team to exceed all objectives.
Working closely with the CEO and other SVP members to deliver success in a fast-paced and creative environment. Diversity and Inclusiveness is extremely important.

Responsibilities
•    Create and Develop a marketing strategy across all channels taking responsibility for achievement of all marketing goals. 
•    Setting targets for your Team to challenge inspire and motivate them to exceed.
•    Produce engaging content both online and offline that converts and engages target customers to increase brand and product awareness.
•    Analyze and revise all campaign strategies using data and reports to make best performance decisions.
•    Prepare and present reports for CEO and stakeholders.
•    Create Set Adapt and Develop a marketing budget and allocate to gain best ROI across all channels.


Requirements and Qualifications
•    5 to 7 years of experience in marketing and deploying marketing campaigns that engage target audiences.
*    MUST come from a color cosmetics company!
•    Ability and passion to lead inter dependent and disciplinary teams.
•    Strong knowledge of website analytics and analytic tools.
•    Ability to handle big data, track metrics, and process figures.
•    Strong communication abilities
•    A proven track record of managerial and leadership skills and handling a variety of tasks at one time.
•    Strategic planning and budget allocation across all marketing opportunities including Media buying , PR Social and Influencer marketing.
