24 Seven is partnering with a CPG company to help them find a Sr. Director of Social Media to join their team in an onsite role in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity that comes with excellent benefits. 

The ideal candidate: will have 10+ years of experience in executing social media campaigns, tracking performance and ROI, working with high level executives and leading a social media team.   


The Director of Social Media plays a crucial role in shaping the online presence and reputation of the organization, requiring a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of social media dynamics. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage and resonate with them.
  • Build and lead a high-performing social media team, including managers, coordinators, content creators, and analysts
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms.
  • Ensure that content is on-brand and aligns with the organization's messaging.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting as needed.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations
  • Develop and manage the social media budget
  • Recommend and implement new strategies based on emerging trends
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in the fields of social media, media creation, and marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how social media fits into the broader marketing strategy.
  • Proficient in analyzing social media metrics and using data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the brand's message effectively.
  • Experience leading and managing a social media team
