Position Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to various stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead the development and maintenance of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze and interpret financial data, providing insights into key business drivers and trends.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and influence budgeting decisions.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial targets.
- Prepare regular forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and making recommendations to senior management.

Management Reporting:
- Generate insightful financial reports for senior management, presenting key findings and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Financial Performance Analysis:
- Evaluate the financial performance of various business units, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.

Strategic Planning:
- Assist in strategic planning initiatives by providing financial analysis and insights.
- Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions, providing financial due diligence.

Ad Hoc Analysis:
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as needed to support executive decision-making.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus).
