Sr. Growth Marketing Manager (Beauty)

FT/Direct Hire 
Hybrid in Sherman Oaks area-3 days onsite 

Our client a growing beauty brand is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to lead Performance Marketing.  You will drive a full funnel paid strategy to support revenue goals across both DTC and Retail channels.

Must be a strategic thinker who can develop holistic paid media and affiliate strategies that encompass both evergreen and new launch campaigns.  You will play a key role driving new customer growth and success across the DTC business.

•          Lead the planning, implementation, execution and reporting of media campaigns across paid media channels and across the full funnel (inclusive of PPC, paid social, and affiliate) – supporting total brand and revenue goals
•          Track and analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, optimizations and recommendations for future campaigns.
•          Lead performance marketing budget, program allocation and forecasting to meeting ecommerce site daily, monthly, and annual targets.
•          Work closely with marketing teams to ensure comprehensive briefing of brand short-term and long-term goals.
•          Collaborate with data and CRM partners to leverage 1P data for more efficient consumer targeting.
•          Identify creative learnings and insights. Identify A/B test opportunities for asset variations to understand and interpret creative performance and best practices.
•          Responsible for end-to-end briefing process with the creative team, trafficking and QAing paid media creatives with media agency and partners.
•          Manage day to day agency and external communications as well as collaborate with cross functional teams for campaign alignment and seamless execution.
•          Lead affiliate marketing strategy, working hand in hand with agency account lead to grow publisher base, test new product enhancements and restructure existing publisher groups to increase user acquisition and efficiency.
•          Spearhead new customer acquisition strategies using data to identify new opportunities channel forecasts and incremental gains.
•          Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to apply and test new knowledge.

A minimum of 5-6 years of experience working in paid media
Growth driven mindset with demonstrated proficiency in new customer acquisition tactics
2+ years successfully managing affiliate marketing in house or through agency
Marketing related experience is a plus
Agency, brand or technology company (i.e. DSP) experience is required
Project management skills
Strategic thinker
Bachelor’s Degree required
