Job description

Our client, a growing beauty brand is looking for a Sr. Manager of Analytics with a D2C background. This is a FTE opportunity. Los Angeles based candidates preferred but will consider other locations for the right person.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the DTC business through data-driven decision-making and customer experience enhancements. Your work will directly contribute to the success and growth of the company.
  • End-to-End Reporting: You will own end-to-end reporting, both recurring and adhoc, and dashboarding to provide meaningful and actionable insights to the business. This responsibility allows you to showcase your analytical skills and contribute valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: As a cross-functional role, you will collaborate with various teams including eComm, CRM, Marketing, Growth/Media, and eventually retail channels. This collaborative environment offers opportunities for learning from diverse perspectives while driving alignment across different functions.
  • Data Accessibility: You will design logical and intuitive views of data that make it accessible to a broad audience within the organization. By doing so, you will empower stakeholders at all levels to leverage data effectively in their decision-making processes.
  • Innovative Measurement Strategies: You will have the opportunity to provide innovative measurement and attribution strategies for new initiatives within the digital ecosystem. This aspect of your role allows for creativity in finding new ways to measure success metrics accurately.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years in an analytics role supporting multiple stakeholders in the consumer sector. DTC required.
- SQL required, Python preferred.
- Experience building and managing executive-level performance dashboards
- Proven ability to summarize complex concepts for executive-level stakeholders - Ability to independently validate large data sets
- Proven ability to organize and interpret messy data to find insights
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and clear communication skills
