Location: Fully remote (CO candidates preferred)
*MUST be located in Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Montana, Kansas, South Dakota, and Wyoming due to time zone alignment and ease of travel.
Salary: $90-100K DOE + 5-10% bonus potential


One of our small media agency clients is looking for a Sr. Media Planner/Buyer to join their small team as a process and data-driven planner/buyer eager to drive positive campaigns results and provide insightful analytics/strategy for several key B2B client accounts.

The Sr. Media Planner/Buyer must be a team player, proactive communicator, outgoing, invested in the agency team/culture, and an expert with Google Campaign Manager as the source of "truth" and effectiveness, valuing data harmonization and the setup required for execution; 

This Sr. Media Planner/Buyer will be part of an award-winning small agency team that is passionate about providing high-touch service and strategic expertise to their clients, culture fit is of the utmost importance and our client is looking for candidates with a proven track record of driving superior results, and who align with their values of growth, excellence, and integrity.


Ideal Sr. Media Planner/Buyer candidates will have:
- 6+ years of media planning and buying across all media types and objectives.
- Comprehensive experience of local to global B2B, B2C, and DTC media objectives and applicable strategies across digital and traditional media. 
- Generated proven media campaign results.
- Understands using Google Campaign Manager ad server as the source of truth. 
- Values data harmonization and the setup required for execution.  
- Experience in Meta Ads*, LinkedIn Ads*, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Amazon Ads expert. *A personal social account is required
- Skilled in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, Keynote, and Trello.
- Experience preferred within Datorama, GA4, Bionic, SRDS, MRI, Nielsen, Comscore.
- Passionate about paid media and holding the knowledge to drive positive campaign results.

Job Responsibilities:

Media 
- Oversight of the full campaign lifecycles for 3-5 key accounts. 
- Lead strategy meetings and participate in new media partner calls.
- Provide forward-thinking platform strategies to meet or exceed benchmarks. 
- Conduct research to support strategy decisions. 
- Understand the self-service platform's unique strategies. 
- Develop media plans through RFPs, partner negotiations, and collaboration with the in-house platform manager. 
- Oversee creative deliverables from clients. 
- Steward of campaign management that includes optimizations, pacing, and analysis. 
- Pace budget for full campaign delivery. 
- Draw key learnings and insights for managed campaigns.
- Deliver impactful and persuasive presentations. 

Teamwork
- Collaborate with the media team to align the strategy and self-service platform strategy with the overall media plan.
- Keep the media team informed of performance, delivery, and optimizations.
- Acknowledge team members when a job is well done! 
- Hold yourself and your team members accountable.  

Growth
- Educate the team on new media trends and best practices. 
- Stay apprised of new technologies and trends and keenly understand the platform media landscape.
- Facilitate the development and documentation of best platform practices to improve operational efficiencies.
- Provide 1 social post per week for GMW social platforms.

*Fully remote (CO candidates preferred)
**Flexible weekly Mon-Fri schedule between 7am-7pm MT
