Role:
Swim Patternmaker- Must have GERBER Experience (Recent)
Rate:
- $80K- $84K (Based on Experience)
· Fully Onsite Monday through Friday in Anaheim, CA
- 2-3 Interviews including 1 onsite
Responsibilities
- Create first through production patterns in Gerber
- Work with tech adviser to import technical packages for costing and production
- Shrinkage knowledge
- Basic grading knowledge
- Attend fittings, measure garments and document and implement changes.
- Work with sample makers to ensure proper garment construction and to ensure pre-production samples meet requirements.
- Spec and fit approvals for pre-production, final production samples
- Create tech packs and sketches
- Be able to convert Gerber files to overseas readable formats for production
- Partner/ Collaborate with design and product development teams to craft collection
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern making (Swim) fit education in Pattern Making and Apparel Production
- Strong trend and fashion awareness
- Experience with intricate, designer-level patterns and fabrications
- Knowledge of garment dyes, woven and leather
- Tailoring experience, excellent draping skills, and strong construction and sewing knowledge a MUST
- Ability to be a team-player and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency in Gerber, Microsoft Office, Excel, PLM and Microsoft Teams
- First through Production Pattern maker
- Excellent drafting skills
- Must have good communication and written skills
