Client Overview: Our client is a full-service creative studio. Their capabilities include strategic ideation and insights, branding and identity, web design and development, campaigns, content creation and more.
Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:
- Full life cycle recruiting and management of the recruiting process and policies throughout the organization.
- Source and identify the top talent; identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities
- Ensure requisitions are completed on time, partnering with hiring managers on proactive workforce planning and pipeline-building and building best practices for the department and company.
- Leverage Greenhouse to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
- Collaborate with People team in areas such as employee performance, transitions/growth, DEI initiatives, and compensation and benefits.
- 3+ years of Recruiting experience. A mix of agency and in-house experience is a plus.
- Must have experience using Greenhouse software
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support one of the fastest growing departments in the company.
- Experience working with teams located in multiple cities and countries preferred.
