Position: Technical Site Manager

Department: Digital Marketing

Reports to: Sr. Director of Digital Marketing

Responsible for conversion rate optimization and technical website management to contribute to the continued growth and development of the company’s direct-to-consumer e-commerce business channel. The DTC channel currently includes 4 brand websites. Research and test new approaches to improve e-commerce conversion rates for profitable revenue growth, A/B testing, statistical validation, and analytics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools..

Job Responsibilities Include:

-In partnership with the Direct to Consumer (DTC) team for existing DTC sites and new site launches:

-Conversion Rate Optimization - Lead and execute CRO efforts for our client's direct to consumer websites.

-Use analytics, testing, and experience to evaluate website performance and identify areas to improve consumer experience and increase profitable revenue conversion

- Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis - use data, hypotheses, and testing to create effective conversion funnels

-Website Management - Manage and execute the day-to-day front-end and back-end technical operation of the DTC websites.

-Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with web engineering, web design, Information Systems, and marketing/creative teams to resolve

-New Technology and Integrations - provide technical evaluation of new platforms and applications to meet business goals. Liaise with engineering and IT partners to integrate and troubleshoot new technology platforms and applications

-Analytics - Evaluate and report on KPIs for site performance; ensure all analytics tools are installed and functioning as expected on all sites

-Collaboration - Partner with the broader DIgital Marketing team on all efforts related to website operations and marketing to deliver profitable revenue growth

Minimum Qualifications:

-Experience in improving website conversion rates to grow profitable revenue

-Technical knowledge to lead day-to-day front end and back end website functionality in partnership with web engineers and IT partners

-Experience with Shopify Plus websites

-Strength in decision-making based on numbers and analytics

-Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical validation, and popular analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mouseflow or similar

-Understanding of consumers and key drivers for purchase beyond pricing

- Knowledge of marketing and brand positioning; experience aligning to brand positioning in all go-to-market strategies and tactics

-Experience in project management

-Ability and desire to learn new applications and technologies

-Strength in communicating across all audiences, including leadership, internal and external teams, and company stakeholders

-Strength in organization, prioritizing and time management

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
