Our client, a leading CPG brand, is looking for an all-star Trade Show Specialist to contract with them for a few months leading up to the ExpoWest convention in Anaheim in March.- Contract duration – October 2023 – March 2024
- Part time hours.
10-15 hours per week January and February
15+ hours per week in March
- Remote role but **attendance required for the ExpoWest convention in Anaheim in March**
This person will be responsible for managing all communications internally and with outside agencies/vendors to execute a successful show. Key areas of focus include administrative and planning all details of the show booth execution, managing badges, attendees and hotel reservations as well was partnering crossfunctionally with marketing and creative teams on the brand execution of the booth.
***This person will also be responsible for working on site at the Anaheim Convention Center the week leading up to the event to ensure the booth is set up and all onsite execution goes as planned ***
Ideal experience
- Prior experience with ExpoWest but open to candidates who have executed other tradeshows within apparel or CPG
- Strong excel experience
- Prior experience with Asana
