We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Engineer to join our client's IA Architecture team. As an UX Engineer, you will play an important role in designing and developing user-centered experiences for our products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
- Collaborate with designers to translate user requirements into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Develop front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement user interface designs.
- Optimize user interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across different devices and platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design and front-end development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research techniques, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with visual design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
