Our client a med tech company is seeking a talented UX Researcher with 7 to 10 years of experience to join their team.
Responsibilities
- The UX Researcher plays a pivotal role in enhancing our client's workplace environment and culture. This individual is responsible for conducting comprehensive research to gather insights into employee needs, behaviors, and satisfaction levels.
- Through various research methodologies, the Researcher will inform and guide the design and implementation of initiatives
aimed at improving the overall employee experience. - Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
- Perform market and ethnographic research.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
- Mentor and coach junior UX researchers on the team.
- Perform usability studies with consumers.
- Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data.
- Experience in User Research Platforms like UserTesting, Lookback, Dscout, OptimalWorkshop, DoveTail, etc.. for remote usability studies and user interviews.
- Survey tools like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms.
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook are must haves.
- Familiarity with Employee Experience Strategy, worked in an Employee Experience Team.
- Experience with working with Human Resources, Information Technology, and other operational departments across the employee lifecycle.
