We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Writer to join the team in the role of UX Writer . As a UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our podcast platform. You will be responsible for crafting engaging and compelling content that enhances the overall user experience and drives user engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to create and implement a cohesive content strategy for the chosen platform.
- Write clear, concise, and user-centric content for various touchpoints within the chosen platform, including user interfaces, navigation elements, error messages, and onboarding flows.
- Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and use these insights to inform content decisions.
- Define and maintain voice and tone guidelines for the chosen platform, ensuring consistency across all content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a content style guide and establish best practices for UX writing.
- Conduct regular content audits and make recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and content design, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role, preferably within the podcast or media industry.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to content creation.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise content.
- Proficiency in conducting user research and using data to inform content decisions.
- Familiarity with content management systems and design tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in print design, preferably in a retail or fashion industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation for various print materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions accordingly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
