Our client, a fast-growing premium global lifestyle beauty brand, is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join their team.

Position Overview:

Our client is actively seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to spearhead marketing strategy, planning, and execution in the Americas Region. Ideal candidates will be seasoned and highly motivated, with extensive marketing expertise and passion for driving continued brand growth and success. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and creative approach, emphasizing high-performance leadership and team-building skills. This position entails leading a multi-functional marketing team, encompassing Retail Marketing, Regional Brand and Product Marketing, and Media and Consumer Engagement, with an emphasis on cross-collaboration across brand teams.

 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a marketing vision aligned with global goals in place.
  • Utilize insights for omnichannel strategies, data for assortment choices, and business understanding for growth opportunities.
  • Lead regional teams in executing marketing plans aligned with the global vision.
  • Ensure unified brand goals across channels, building strategic plans supporting short and long-term objectives.
  • Own marketing calendar, assess ROI, and align the team with the overall vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
  • Develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing calendars.
  • Build operational discipline within the team to ensure timely and excellent execution.
  • Monitor market performance and advise on critical business actions regularly.
  • Influence the broader organization to champion and support the brand’s strategic marketing agenda.
  • Develop talent across the organization and foster a winning culture.
  • Build strong partnerships with Global Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Continuously seek improvements in ways of working to streamline operations and drive effectiveness.

 

Overall Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of marketing experience.
  • Expertise in consumer brand development and multi-channel retail practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong integrated marketing expertise across all touchpoints.
  • Experience in digital marketing and leading advertising processes, preferably with outside agencies.
  • Strategic thinking, storytelling instinct, and ability to transform data into effective strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make decisive decisions.
  • Excellent judgment, negotiation skills, and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
  • Strong oral, written, and formal presentation skills, including simplifying complex ideas.
