Our client, a Technology Company, is looking for a Visual Designer to join their team. This will be full time or contract to hire and onsite in Hermosa Beach.As A Brand Designer, you will join our collaborative team in the creation of content for a variety of use cases, all which support the look/feel of the brand.
You will drive the development and visual language for the brand. As a Strong communicator, you will work with a number of stakeholders, rapidly iterating on ideas, addressing points of feedback, and finding compelling visual solutions.
Project Types include: diagrams, illustrations, graphics, branding, layout and website design.
Responsibilities:
- Create systems and templates that help support our business development teams and increase the quality of future projects.
- Collaborate with teammates to best support business goals
- Exercise judgment and project management skills to balance priorities and communicate with teams to meet or exceed project deadlines; keep internal clients informed on projects and progress
- Develop long-term design strategies, staying ahead of the curve on design technologies and how they can be applied the needs of the team
- Partner and embed closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to iterate on new concepts and effectively communicate messaging
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years professional experience in Brand Design
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating strong familiarity with a range of compositions
- The ability to transform complex ideas into compelling narratives
- Strong communication skills
- A mastery of design, typography, color theory, illustration, composition, and form
- Fluency in Adobe Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills
