Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP of Growth to join our dynamic team. As the VP of Growth, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our acquisition, retention, and brand experience initiatives. This is a hands-on role that requires a commercial mindset, strong data-driven decision-making abilities, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and foster a high-performance growth culture within the organization.
  • Set ambitious KPIs for acquisition, retention, and brand experience.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration on annual calendar planning to ensure consistency in brand and performance experience.
  • Develop a playbook for organic acquisition by leveraging content marketing, influencer partnerships, earned media opportunities.
  • Identify new revenue channels through enterprise partnerships and rev-share opportunities.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to drive advocacy throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce and product teams to develop data-driven roadmaps for improving existing features and introducing new ones.

Position Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of direct-to-consumer experience in roles related to ecommerce growth or marketing analytics.
  • Proven track record in scaling young businesses to $100M+ in revenues.
  • Ability to think creatively when solving growth challenges in startup environments.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Customer-first mindset with deep understanding of consumer products/services.
  • Awareness appreciation for value of brand and ability to hire and manage exceptional brand builders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues through root cause analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel and other relevant tools.
