Job description



Our client is a luxury functional fragrance brand that is, seeking an experienced and effective US sales executive to help promote their innovative and sustainable wellness products to luxury stores, hotels, and spas. The brand is currently exclusively offered at Bloomingdale’s and Saks Fifth Avenue.

**Please note we are looking for someone in the NYC tri state area

-Develop and implement strategies to optimize the companies US wholesale business

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and requirements.

-Identify and develop regional sales representatives and grow meaningful network of retailers that are trendsetters in wellness/home/beauty in the US.

- Understand and anticipate customers' business goals and challenges and develop strategic plans to meet their objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies.

- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities proactively.

- Collaborate with all part of the company to set sales targets, track progress, and provide guidance and support to achieve revenue goals.

- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key account performance and growth opportunities.

- Visiting essential accounts’ doors to optimize merchandising, in-store events, store expansion, needs in visual merchandise, and customer experience.




- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Passion and experience in the luxury sector and understanding what it takes to succeed.

-Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in fragrance/beauty/fashion industry

- Strong track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts at all levels.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, proven ability to close deals and drive business outcomes.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on customer satisfaction and business growth.

- Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales software/tools.
