Job Overview: As a Wholesale Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our wholesale clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a wholesale setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for wholesale customers, including retailers, distributors, and resellers.
  2. • Build & Maintain strong relationships with wholesale apparel buyers. 
  3. Oversee and manage the sales process at each stage for the customer accounts.
  4.  Organize samples for the showroom 
  5. Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  6. Assist wholesale customers with order placement, tracking, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Provide product information, pricing details, and availability to wholesale clients as needed.
  8. Process wholesale orders accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  10. Address and resolve wholesale customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  11. Manage wholesale customer accounts, including updating information, processing returns, and managing credit applications.
  12. Maintain accurate records of wholesale transactions, communications, and interactions in the CRM system.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to wholesale clients.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a wholesale or B2B environment.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with wholesale clients and internal teams.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
  5. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order processing and data entry.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  7. Experience with Full Circle would be ideal.
  8. At least 2 years of EDI and VAS experience.
  9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  11. Adaptability and flexibility to meet the changing needs of wholesale customers and business priorities.
  12. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
