24 Seven is partnering up with their top global sportwear client to help them find Women's Performance Apparel Designer to join their team in this hybrid opportunity! This is a full-time, 4 month contract with potential to extend. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick time, 401K and holiday pay.

Ideal Candidate will have experience with Adobe Illustrator and performance apparel experience. 

Job description:
Women’s performance apparel designer will design in the areas of yoga, fitness and running. Should be well versed at adobe illustrator, hand sketching, material selection, able to attend/contribute to garment fittings and complete tech packs. Will attend team meetings, creative sessions & fit sessions.

Designing women's performance collections product- including but not limited to: Trail Running, Yoga, Premium performance categories

Designs products that will be created and sold to consumers. Includes original concepts, selection of appropriate color & materials, and modification to ensure manufacturability. Brings to life the seasonal category creative direction through product design and innovations that are trend relevant to the category consumer.

Elevates the Craft of Design: utilizes world-renowned design skills to create original, innovative concepts and designs.
- Translates athlete and consumer insight into Product and Experience.
- Works outside the norm, pilots new technologies that bring innovation to designs and applications

Fuels Design Innovation: develop innovative designs and problem solving concepts to address specific project areas.
- Collaborates with innovation, in-line design teams, commercial, business, athletes, design leadership and category team members etc to identify relevant unmet consumer and athlete needs.
- Personally executes as well as through guiding others towards design execution including; construction detail, color, form, style, detail, fit performance, graphic application, trim etc.
- Organize and work through disorganized and/or ambiguous environments.
- Assumes a lead role in narrative direction, communicating and presenting creative strategies.
- Manages up to 4 seasons at any level up to A+.
- Maintains advanced level of knowledge and sensitivity to trends influencing design in athletic industry.
- Continuously advances product, process and design skills.
- Produces designs and innovations that have high revenue/brand impact and high commercial success rate
