Our client, a women's "laid-back luxury" clothing brand who is known for carrying everyday essentials to statement silhouettes are seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join their team!

- Responsible for responding to all customer service enquiries in an appropriate, efficient and timely manner.
- Experience in CS for high end fashion brands and in giving best in class customer service. We believe in a customer first mentality.
- Experience in Gorgias, Shopify and Returnly
- Role is in office 5 days a week at their DTLA office
- Hours are 8am-4pm
- Fully Vaccinated + boosted (if not boosted must be willing to get boosted)
