Ecommerce Manager-CRM

Our client a leading clean beauty brand is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead retention marketing and site asset management.
Day to Day:
• Develop and maintain content calendar including email, sms, and site marketing assets.
• Own Email & SMS KPIs including sales, campaign performance, and list growth
• Own end-to-end execution of email, sms, and site content; ideation, brief writing, building, testing, and scheduling.
• Conduct Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly E-commerce reporting and share key learnings with the broader team.
• Build and execute a testing plan for email/sms
• Day to day liaison with Creative team including graphic design and editorial partners
• Develop lifecycle and CRM strategies that increase customer LTV and Return Rate.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of e-commerce analytics experience required.
• 2-3 years of SMS and Email Marketing experience required.
• Proven full-time experience conceptualizing, launching and optimizing consumer-facing Emails and SMS campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and segmentation strategies.
• Previous experience working in Klaviyo, Shopify, Attentive and/or Postscript
• Experience working in Beauty or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and respond to situations quickly.
• Performance mindset with demonstrated capabilities in developing insight-led test and learn approaches to deliver business impact.
• Self-manages to timelines and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to partner broadly across an organization creating strong, supportive relationships.
