Our client is one of the fastest growing & profitable e-commerce brands in the world with a mission to disrupt the body-care market by introducing a unique combination of data, marketing and product innovation.
They are currently looking for a National Field Sales Manager. This role is responsible for managing and leading a team of regional Account Executives and Freelancers that focus on driving retail sell through and in-store productivity at Ulta Beauty.
The Role:
- Maintain budget, hiring and management of Account Executives and Freelance beauty ambassadors following defined KPIs.
- Review weekly sales reports to identify areas of opportunity and create a strategy and investment model of sales levels to deliver against retail goals.
- Establish and monitor progress against key performance indicators and take corrective action when needed.
- Foster professional, dynamic relationships with all levels of Ulta employees through education, in-store side by side selling and business review meetings.
You will thrive in this role if you have…
- 5+ years of managing a team and a proven leader.
- 5+ years of managing across multiple doors in a retail-centric environment –preferably with Ulta Beauty.
- Uses resources effectively and has experience with Microsoft office including Excel and Powerpoint.
- A people leader that specializes in employee performance management who ensures that there are clearly defined goals and strategy in place.
- Ability to coach, mentor and lead a highly motivated team remotely.
- Strategic, forward-thinking mindset to navigate the competitive landscape within stores and adjust plans in order to optimize the business.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of urgency and ability to identify and seize meaningful growth opportunities.
- Ambitious & commercially savvy, working with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on competitive insights to strengthen retail performance.
Working Requirements...
- This is a retail, hybrid-based position with the expectation to be in store approx. 50% of the time.
- Available for travel – estimate 30%+ of the time performing market visits with field team.
- Provide corporate event support to team.
