ABOUT THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)
As a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, proficiency in analytics, and experience in CRM system optimization through segmentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and conversion through effective marketing campaigns and strategies.

ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (ACCOUNTABILITIES):

•          Data Analytics: Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven strategies.
•          Performance Marketing: Develop, implement, and monitor performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, such as PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
o          A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to refine marketing strategies, including ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns. Analyze results to drive continuous improvement.
•          Consumer Behavior Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior patterns and preferences to gain insights into our target audience. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
•          CRM System Optimization: Manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring it is segmented effectively to target various customer segments. Implement automation, personalization, and dynamic content to enhance customer interactions.
•          Reporting and KPI Tracking: Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
•          Support for Manager:  Support manager in day-to-day management of the website, as well as contributing to the strategy of the websites. 
•          Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Share insights and recommendations to improve customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
•          Qualifications:
o          Must be willing to work in New York City office
o          Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
o          1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, CRM system management, or analytics.
o          Proficiency with CRM software
o          Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
o          Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
o          Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o          Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms.
o          Ability to adapt to evolving marketing technologies and trends.
o          Experience with marketing automation tools and/or knowledge of customer segmentation strategies preferred
