Key Job Accountabilities:

Support formula development and claims and partner with R&D and ensure all product development achieves the highest quality standards
• Conduct competitive analysis, industry studies, sales data, and SWOT analyses to identify new short term and long-term opportunities• Organize and maintain product library and gather/organize product samples requests for cross-functional teams.
• Assist product and packaging briefs, copy, artwork, formula feedback and timelines.
• Evaluate competitive analysis and survey, identify new product ideation, and develop and present proposals
- 1 year related experience working in cosmetic product development, preferably skincare.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple projects at the same time & set priorities.
- Stay on top of the latest beauty and lifestyle trends and find opportunities for new products, variations and ideas.
- Outstanding organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
